Orders are usually filled and shipped within a few days after I receive them, but can take up to a week depending on my workload, so please be patient. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. International orders may take longer. Most orders in the US are sent USPS Media Mail for LP orders and First Class for CD orders; international orders are sent via USPS First Class International. All orders are packaged using sturdy LP mailers and CD bubble mailers with additional packing material when necessary. If you are particular about how you would like your order packaged, please use the contact form to give me instructions or make a note with your paypal order.
For old-fashioned mailorder, please use the contact page to email me for instructions. Make sure to note what item(s) you would like to order, where you live, and how you would like your order shipped. I will get back to you with shipping and a total for your order.
Finally, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless an item is defective. PMM is not responsible for product loss or damage due to US Postal negligence.
